CNM 3

This table shows the constrained node mappings derived manually by searching, to relate activities to SNOMED CT concepts. It contains 166 records and includes four columns:

• Activity: This column shows the activity, corresponding to the Activity column in the event log table.
• Activity_Synonym: This column shows the synonym for the activity, with a corresponding column of the same name in the event log table.
• SCT_ID: This column contains the SNOMED CT IDs.
• SCT_Code: This column contains the SNOMED CT codes.
