This table shows the constrained node mappings derived from the MIMIC-IV dataset, linking each Disorder_ID (an attribute of multimorbidity) to its corresponding ICD code. It contains 1,759 records and includes two columns:

• Disorder_ID: This column shows the disorder attribute identifier.
• ICD_code: This column contains the ICD code.
