This table shows the constrained node mappings derived from OHDSI Athena, which relate ICD codes to SNOMED CT concepts. It contains 1,994 records and includes two columns:

• ICD_Code: This column contains the ICD codes.
• SCT_ID: This column contains the SNOMED CT IDs.
